Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each product is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtful ingredients and is intended for personal use. For quality assurance and safety, we are unable to accept returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at ritualswithjess@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue store credit if appropriate.
