At Rituals with Jess, each order is prepared with intention, packed with care, and sent from our studio in Virginia.

Processing Time
Please allow 3–4 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Once your package ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods
We ship within the United States using USPS and UPS, depending on your order size and destination.

• Free shipping on U.S. orders over $200
• Flat rate shipping: $8
• Express shipping: $40 via USPS Priority Mail Express

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delays & Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of the shipping date, please contact us at ritualswithjess@gmail.com and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
