The Release Ritual is a deeply restorative experience designed to melt away tension and restore flow to body and mind. Your session begins with 30-minutes of guided breathwork and gentle movement on the mat, suitable for all levels, to ease tightness in the upper body, head, and neck. This mindful practice opens circulation and prepares the body for deeper release.

Following this opening sequence, the ritual transitions into a 60-minute holistic facial featuring sculpting massage, scalp work, and warming tools to dissolve jaw tension and encourage a lifted, radiant complexion.
