Welcome to Rituals with Jess. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rituals with Jess. We operate this website and Shopify store to offer you a curated online experience and provide wellness products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

All shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order is transferred to a carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damages incurred during transit. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Shopify Relationship

Rituals with Jess is powered by Shopify. All transactions take place directly with Rituals with Jess. Shopify is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from your transactions with us. By using the Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any such claims.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, your information may be transmitted to and processed by Shopify or third-party partners, including those located in other jurisdictions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in or near Powhatan County or Midlothian, VA.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
